She gracefully presents the morning star
And pulls the curtains inch by inch
Conducting the sweet finch’s call
And bows towards us midday, feverish
Those round companions, near and far
Dressing in blue, brown and circles with no hitch
Endure at closeness her flaming snarls
And arm with her breath against the white witch
When I try to look at her, beams stand tall
Shunning me away and causing the eyes to flinch
I wanted to thank my benefactor, that’s all
But the guards created thirstiness yet to quench
My benefactor is treasured even by dust
Since the earliest time the earth was seared.
Glorious Sun of dawn, noon and final dusk
Who created you is worthier to be revered.
